Teen wanting to sell virginity taught horrifying rape lesson | Student new Girl 2017
SEOUL, March 10 (Reuters) -- North Korea fired two short-range ballistic missiles {in to the|in the} sea on Thursday, Seoul said, as South Korea and the United {Says|Claims|Areas} conducted massive war {video games|game titles}.
The North also {declared|released} it has scrapped {almost all|most|every} agreements with the {Southerly|Sth|Southwest} on commercial exchange {tasks|jobs|assignments} and would "liquidate" {Southern|Southern region|Southerly} Korean assets left {at the rear of|in back of|lurking behind} in the territory.
North Korea has {a huge|a sizable} save up of short-range missiles and is developing long-range and intercontinental missiles too. The missiles fired on {Thurs|Thursday night|Thurs night} flew about 500 {kilometres|kilometers|kilometer} (300 miles) off {the|their|it is} east coast associated with Wonsan and were {probably|most likely|very likely} from the Soviet-developed Scud series, South Korea's {protection|security} ministry said.
Japan, {which usually is|which in turn is|which will is} within range of the longer-range variant of Scud missiles {or maybe the|and also the|or perhaps the} {improved|enhanced|better} Rodong missiles, lodged a protest through the North Korean embassy in Beijing, Japan's Kyodo news {company|organization|firm} reported.
North Korea {frequently|generally|typically} fires short-range missiles {once|when ever|the moment} tensions rise on the Korean peninsula. Pyongyang gets particularly upset about the {twelve-monthly|gross annual} U. S. -South Korea drills, which {the|their|it is} says are preparations {intended for|to get|pertaining to} an invasion.
The Circumstance. S. and South Korea remain technically at {battle|conflict|warfare} {with all the|together with the|while using} North {as the|for the reason that} 1950-53 Korean War ended in an armed truce {rather than} a peace agreement.
About 17, 000 U. {H|T|S i9000}. military personnel are {taking part|engaging} alongside some 300, {500|1000} South Korean troops in what South Korea's {Protection|Support} Ministry has called the "largest-ever" joint military exercises.
North Korea on {Weekend|Saturday|On the} warned it would {help to make|produce|generate} a "pre-emptive and {unpleasant|attacking|questionable} nuclear strike" in response {towards the|for the} exercises.
"LIQUIDATING" {PROPERTY|RESOURCES|POSSESSIONS}
{Following the|Following your} short-range missile {releases|starts|unveilings} on Thursday, North Korea announced it would "liquidate" South Korean assets {remaining|still left|kept} behind in the Kaesong {professional} zone and in the Mount Kumgang {visitor|traveler|holiday} zone.
Seoul suspended {functions|businesses} inside the jointly-run {area|sector|region} last month as {consequence|abuse|treatment} for the North's {skyrocket|drive} launch and nuclear {check|test out|evaluation}.
Mount Kumgang was the first major inter-Korean {assistance|co-operation|cohesiveness} project. Thousands of {Southerly|Sth|Southwest} Koreans visited the {vacation resort|holiday resort|hotel} between 1998 and 08. Seoul ended the {trips|travels|excursions} in 2008 after a North Korean soldier {taken|filmed|result} dead a South Korean language tourist who wandered {in to|in} a restricted zone.
North Korea is also livid about stepped up {El|Algun|Este} sanctions following its {latest|new} nuclear test and long range missile launch.
North Korean leader {Betty|Ellie|.k} Jong Un said his country has miniaturized {elemental|indivisible|atómico} warheads to mount {upon|about|in} ballistic missiles, state {press|mass media|multimedia} reported on Wednesday, and called on his {armed service|armed forces|military services} to be {ready to|willing to|able to} {attach|install|support} pre-emptive attacks {up against the|resistant to the} {Usa|Combined|Unified} States and South Korea.
It was his {1st|initial|primary} direct comment on the technology {required to|necessary to|had to} deploy {elemental|indivisible|atómico} missiles. North Korean {condition|express|point out} media released photographs {this|that} said showed Kim Jong Un inspecting a circular miniaturized warhead. State {press|mass media|multimedia} has previously made that claim, that can {become|end up being|get} widely questioned and {by no means|under no circumstances|hardly ever} independently verified.
South Korea's defense ministry said {this|that} would not believe the North has successfully small a nuclear warhead or perhaps deployed a functioning global ballistic missile.
State {Division|Section|Office} spokesman John Kirby {dropped|rejected|decreased} to {discuss|touch upon} Kim's {state|lay claim|promise} to have miniaturized {elemental|indivisible|atómico} warheads and accused him of "provocative rhetoric. {inch|inches|very well}
"I'd say the kid needs to pay {even more|additional|extra} attention to the North Korean {persons} and {acquiring|choosing|bringing} care of them than in pursuing these {types|kinds|forms} of reckless capabilities, {inch|inches|very well} Kirby said.
The Government said this week {this|that} had not seen North Korea demonstrate {an ability|a capacity|a functionality} to miniaturize {an elemental|an indivisible|an atómico} warhead. But Captain {Shaun|Rob|Barry} Davis, a Pentagon {speaker|public spookesperson|public spokesperson}, said the department was working on U. {H|T|S i9000}. ballistic missile defenses {to become|to get|being} prepared.
North Korea {carried out|executed|done} its fourth nuclear {check|test out|evaluation} on Jan. 6 {however|even so|on the other hand} claim to have {arranged|established|placed} off a miniaturized hydrogen bomb a month {back|in the past|before} has been disputed {simply by|by simply} the U. S. and South Korean governments and many experts, who {stated|explained} the blast was {as well|also} small to back {this|that} up.

Caffé Central
I felt so compelled to write a review after what happened to me last week. Now, I've been here a few times before for some random bites and a drink that I had no memory of even though it had only been a month or so.
Last week I was exhausted, I thought a mango black tea sounded great and this was close enough. So, mango/lychee/peach black tea by itself is now a daily thing almost because it has just enough caffeine to not have me wired at night.
The thing that impressed me the MOST was when I was walking back to my office with that tea in one hand and a sandwich in the other, I fell. Like, on the side walk...hard, in front of people. Yep, embarrassing but not so much this time. THIS time I was just WAY too tired to be embarrassed BUT I was actually SO impressed that my drink did NOT spill whatsoever. They asked me if I was okay and i was like I SURE AM, LOOK AT MY TEA! Not a DROP spilled! That right there is 5 star material for me. That and their butternut squash quiche when they have is it divine.
Easy and quick in and out if you're in the area. Good looking food and tea. Have to say the folks behind the counter seemed to really care about what they were doing.
It's crowded because it's small but an obvious choice if you're nearby or in the garage. This place is in the entrance/exit to the parking garage.

Gardenias
I feel like some of the negative reviewers may have gone to the Burger King down the street by mistake, because this cute, local restaurant was great for me. I was impressed with the vegetarian dishes -- the Fugu Persimmon Bruschetta with Ricotta was a stand-out success, and the Roasted Beet Ravioli, was a pleasant surprise, not overly salty but still very flavorful. The service was quick and attentive.
Am I the only one who doesn't mind paying for bread? News flash: if you go to a restaurant and get the bread for "free," the restaurant is just raising the prices of the other dishes to pay for bread for everyone. This restaurant gives you the option to opt-out and not order bread, if you want. Love it!
The only dish that missed the mark for me was the Risotto with Wheat Berries, Squash and Garbanzos. The texture and temperature was delicious, but the flavor was a little flat. The Mushrooms Reggiano on top were perfectly cooked, and they _made_ the dish.

I hope all these people leaving poor reviews keep their word and stay away so there is more for me.
Holy, slap me sideways is this place the BOMB. My fiancé and I bopped in here in a whim, scanned the menu back & forth 20 times before we could finally narrow down 2 things we wanted - everything sounded incredible.
I finally choice the Mambo Italiano Tartine - and I gotta be honest, this was the best mother effing food choice I've made in this city in a while. The scramble was so creamy with bacon & cheese, topped with some magical tomato aoli, settled on a brioche bunz. My guy had the chorizo tartine and barely said a word our whole meal because he was face first in it.
Needless to say, this is our new fav spot.
